I got this for my girlfriend when her dog died. She wears it every single day and it’s been about a month and it hasn’t gotten messed up at all. It’s A BEAUTIFUL necklace. When I first opened the box I was moved to tears. It looks exactly like her dog. AMAZING AMAZING product.

It wasn't the best engraving. I feel as though they should be able to do a little more quality control with it. They made a big mesh of engraving where his nose and mouth are and added no details to destinguis where his ears end and his head begins. I may not have provided a clear enough picture, but it could have been better.
Edit: I ordered again with a different picture and it came out beautifully! Make sure there is a decent amount of light contrast in the picture you choose.

Absolutely stunning quality. The picture looks JUST LIKE my dog, and the quality is fantastic. Item arrived sooner than estimated, which was a lovely surprise as well. I've only had it for less than a week, but I've worn it every day, including to bed and through sweaty workouts, and so far no green stain on my skin, or appearance of tarnish to the necklace or charm. Highly recommend!!!

Loved it!! My dog passed away a month ago and I wanted something to wear to always to remember him so decide to go with company- they did a awesome job! The picture that I sent looks exactly like him that I ordered one to see how it would come out and it came out perfectly so I decided to order two more for my 2 daughters.
